Founding Documents

These are the documents that legally create the Parkside Condominiums.

The Articles of Incorporation are registered with the Ohio Secretary of State to create the Parkside Condominium Owners' Association, Inc. as a non-profit corporation.

The Declaration of Condominium Ownership is the constitution or bylaws under which we operate. There have been three amendments to it.
