On Feb. 9, 2017, the Parkside Board formally adopted a new rule in Section 8. It reads as follows:

"Realtor lockboxes shall not be placed on the front or rear basement doors to the Parkside. The association has provided a pole in the trash and recycling area for those who want to attach realtor lockboxes to an outside location. Residents also are permitted to have the lockboxes on the entrances to their units."

The day for trash and recycling pickup and the provider also was changed to reflect what they are currently as of Feb. 9, 2017. 

The association's revised policies on insect and pest removal also were added to Section 13 on Feb. 9, 2017. They reflect a policy change the board made on Nov. 8, 2012.

On July 7, 2011, the Parkside Board adopted a revised and updated set of Rules & Regulations.

A minor change in Section 10 was made on Oct. 16, 2011.

There are two major changes from the previous version: (1) Section 9 on Fire Prevention is new, and (2) Section 10 on Rental of Units now contains a requirement that both owners and their tenants must sign a Lease Addendum and deliver it to the Condominium Association before the tenants occupy the unit.
